Dr Thomas
Meet Dr Thomas, who has been a medical doctor for more than 20 years since qualifying from Cardiff in 1999, and has trained to become an Aesthetic Physician.
He specialises in anti-wrinkle injections alongside dermal fillers and PDO threads for facial augmentations, in the lips, cheek, temples, chin and other areas for a balanced and attractive appearance in both male and female clients.
He is delighted to have opened his successful new aesthetic clinic in Mumbles, Swansea, where he will able to use his skills to benefit his patients in the medical discipline he finds so rewarding.
Background
After hospital training and excelling as a GP previously in Swansea, Owen has specialised in advanced facial aesthetics, and is level 7 training (the highest-level qualification in injectable aesthetic treatments) in Harley Academy.
Owen has a particular interest in facial balance and beauty, both for men and ladies. This incorporates different techniques and areas, such as the forehead, temples, cheeks, jawline and lips together in harmony with subtle corrections in each area.
This knowledge is complemented by training from physicians across the world such as Dr Arthur Swift in Canada who pioneered many techniques and facial analysis, Empire Medical Training in the US and Dr Tapan Patel in the London. He is looking forward to a masterclass session with Dr Ayad Harb in December to refine his non-surgical rhinoplasty and has undertaken masterclass training in tear trough rejuvenation.
Owen specialises in dermal fillers for facial rejuvenation and anti-wrinkle injections together with specialist treatments like PDO thread lifts and Profhilo for the face and body.
Owen makes it a priority to keep up to date with state-of-the-art techniques and equipment and is training in PDO thread lifts, laser and radiofrequency skin treatments (including Morpheus8) which will be introduced into his clinic in Summer-Autumn 2022, alongside PDO threads. Watch this space!
