About
Before founding Infinity Aesthetics, Dr. Owen Thomas was a medical doctor for more than 20 years since qualifying from Cardiff in 1999, and now specialises in aesthetics in London and Swansea. When he is not delivering flawless aesthetic treatments, Dr Owen loves to travel, exercise, and mix dance music.
Founded in 2020, Infinity Aesthetics is Dr Owen’s own range of quality aesthetic services, with clinics now in London and Swansea. Performing natural aesthetic treatments to improve people’s self confidence is a passion for Dr Owen, along with providing safe and effective treatments for every client that walks in the door.
Dr Owen specialises in dermal fillers and wrinkle-relaxing injections with Morpheus8, skin revitalisation therapy and Sculptra and hyper-dilute Radiesse and body contouring (currently Swansea only). Dr Owen’s favourite treatments are full-face rejuvenation and non-surgical rhinoplasty.
Dr Owen Thomas is a highly trained aesthetic physician with a level 7 qualification in injectable treatments. He uses his passion and skill combined with a professional, ethical and safe approach to enable his patients to feel rejuvenated, confident and ready for everything life has to offer.
Dr Owen now uses ultrasound in many procedures to enhance safety for his clients, using the Clarius L20 HD ultrasound device to map blood vessels, assess filler placement and many other uses.
He also is willing to manage complications from other clinics, such as lumps, asymmetry, assessment of filler with aesthetic ultrasound, and assessment of vascular occlusion. Owen only offers treatments to patients where this will enhance natural beauty, done safely. If problems arise, he is always available urgently to address any issue, however small.
After hospital training and excelling as a full-time GP for 12 years, Dr Owen has specialised full time in advanced facial aesthetics, building up his Swansea clinic to be the go-to for South Wales, before expanding to bring his skills with injectables such as dermal fillers to London. Achieving an MBBCh in 1999 and an MRCGP in 2002, Dr Owen is truly a clinician you can depend on.
After a 2 year level-7 Master’s Degree course in injectable aesthetic treatments training at Harley Academy, and additional study with Empire Medical Training in the US and other experts renowned in their field, he won a scholarship in the prestigious Aesthetic Intelligence Fellowship run over 7 months in Kensington, London and Paris. This is thought by many to be the most advanced training programme available and allows systematic and safe treatment of all facial areas.
At Infinity Aesthetics, Owen is dedicated to delivering a high-quality service, and stays up-to-date with the latest industry news and techniques.
We are also accredited with SaveFace – a national register of Accredited practitioners providing non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections. To gain accreditation with SaveFace, we have had an independent audit of our procedures, medicines, premises and qualifications to be able to prove that we only offer safe and effective treatments to our clients.
Dr Owen is a GMC registered doctor with a licence to practise, and undertakes annual appraisal and revalidation to prove he adheres to the duties of a doctor.

Face Condition
Marionette lines are the vertical lines that extend from the corners of the mouth down towards the chin, and they are a common concern as we age. These lines can create a downturned appearance, often making you look older or more tired than you actually feel. The primary underlying cause of marionette lines is the loss of volume in the prejowl area, which is the region on either side of the chin. As we age, the natural fat pads that once supported this area diminish, leading to sagging skin and the formation of these deep lines.
At Infinity Aesthetics in London, we understand the importance of addressing the root cause of marionette lines—volume loss. That’s why we offer advanced non-surgical treatments, including the use of premium dermal fillers, to effectively replace the lost volume in the prejowl area. By doing so, we not only soften the appearance of marionette lines but also restore a more youthful and balanced facial contour.
