Dr Owen Thomas

Medical & Aesthetic Doctor

Founder, Infinity Aesthetics

Dr Owen Thomas is a UK-trained medical doctor with over 25 years’ clinical experience and a full-time focus on advanced medical aesthetics. He founded Infinity Aesthetics in 2020 in his home city of Swansea to deliver evidence-based aesthetic treatments with the same standards of judgement, safety, and clinical rigour expected in mainstream medicine.

Infinity Aesthetics is now based in London and is known for a measured, medically led approach focused on natural, age-appropriate outcomes rather than overt or trend-driven results.

Clinical Focus

Dr Thomas practises advanced aesthetic medicine with particular expertise in:

  • Full-face rejuvenation and facial harmony

  • Dermal fillers and wrinkle-relaxing treatments

  • Biostimulatory treatments including Sculptra and hyper-dilute Radiesse

  • Skin revitalisation and regenerative therapies

  • Non-surgical rhinoplasty

Treatment planning is holistic and conservative, with an emphasis on long-term outcomes rather than short-term aesthetic change.

Patient Experience and Clinical Standards

Dr Thomas holds a Level 7 qualification in injectable aesthetic treatments and is known for a calm, methodical, and ethical approach to care. Each treatment plan is individualised, clinically justified, and designed to enhance rather than alter natural features.

Patients are treated directly by Dr Thomas, ensuring continuity of care, clear clinical accountability, and decision-making led by medical judgement rather than protocols or delegation.

Safety and Complication Management

Patient safety is central to Dr Thomas’s practice. He routinely uses high-resolution aesthetic ultrasound to enhance procedural safety, including vascular mapping, filler assessment, and treatment planning.

Dr Thomas also undertakes assessment and management of complications arising from treatments performed elsewhere, including filler-related concerns and suspected vascular events. He is available to patients for urgent review should any concerns arise and does not offer treatments where the risk-benefit balance is unfavourable.

Medical Background and Training

Dr Thomas qualified in medicine in 1999 (MBBCh) and achieved Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2002. After hospital training, he worked as a GP for over a decade before transitioning into aesthetic medicine full time.

He completed a two-year Level 7 postgraduate Master’s degree in injectable aesthetic treatments at Harley Academy, alongside further advanced training with international experts. He was awarded a scholarship to the Aesthetic Intelligence Fellowship, an advanced programme delivered across London and Paris, focused on systematic, anatomically driven facial treatment and complication avoidance.
