Terms & Conditions
Set out below are the terms on which Infinity Aesthetics provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them before booking any Infinity Aesthetics treatment.
General treatment principles
Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; accurate, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Due to a high number of cancellations in aesthetics, we charge a deposit for every person making an appointment – this is a sign of commitment to the appointment, as without this the number of late cancellations and non-attendance is very high. We understand that issues can crop up, although many people change their mind, or find out they have to work after all on that day. We have to apply a policy to withhold deposits if there is less than 48 hours before the appointment time, as this makes the slot very difficult to fill. Deposits are used towards treatment, and this policy allows us to provide free doctor assessments without having to start charging everyone, therefore it is the responsibility of the person booking the appointment to make it to the appointment on time.
We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any deposits paid for treatments will be lost if 48 hours is not given
This policy is in place as cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are difficult to fill.
If for any reason you are running late to your appointment, please call us on 07411 249791.
We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each treatment. Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other client scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late; we cannot guarantee that your treatment will be performed that day. Lateness of 10 minutes or more will require rescheduling your appointment for another day and the loss of your deposit.
Please be advised that the current situation with regards to COVID-19 remains uncertain and ever-changing. Please be advised that in the event of a further lockdown, we may be unable (during any such period) to provide any follow-up services, such as but not limited to ‘top-ups’; routine ‘checks’; address any possible complications (as described in your consent form) – for example, administering topical medications; adjustment of any undesirable or unintended aesthetic outcome.
If a further lockdown does occur, and you experience anything unintended or undesirable such as common – to – rare side effects and / or complications, unintended / undesired aesthetic outcome, the overwhelming majority of these will not be life-threatening and should resolve spontaneously at home. Should you experience any serious side-effects during or after any treatment in this case, medical advice (as in your GP or local A&E) should be sought immediately. Any corrective procedures will not be available during this time. No refunds or financial compensation will be offered during such circumstances that are beyond our control. By making a booking and proceeding with any treatment, you confirm that you have read and understood these conditions.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose the deposit paid to secure the appointment and you will be required to give a deposit for your next appointment. If you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the clinic, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
If you are not satisfied with your service after your appointment, we ask you to please contact the clinic within 7 days of that service to inform the clinic. The doctor will advise you of the amount of wrinkle relaxing injection and/or filler being administered on the day, and should you want more units injected at a review, this is possible but will carry a further service charge. We would always advise waiting at least 3 weeks for any fillers to settle within the treatment area before looking at administering additional filler into the treatment area.
Children, Plus Ones & Dogs
Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. If you require a chaperone to accompany you to your appointment, please let our us know.
We are a small clinic with limited space for our clients to relax, so if you anticipate someone accompanying you to the clinic, please notify us in advance.
As we are a medical clinic, we are unable to accept any dogs to the clinic due to health and safety.
At Infinity Aesthetics, we really want you to achieve the best results for you so that you love your results. We advise on your treatment plan, and clients are welcome to come back for treatment on another day. However, we also understand that people are busy, and can travel long distances, so are able to treat on the day as long as we feel the decision is a safe and correct one.
The Infinity Aesthetics team cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of your personal possessions while on the premises.
Finance with GoCardless
We use GoCardless to provide our clients with the option of paying a 20% deposit and spreading the cost over up to 12 months by direct debit. Collection of payments is done automatically through GoCardless.
Infinity Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, or otherwise for any economic loss (including without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage, arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide Infinity Aesthetics with all relevant medical details before each treatment. Infinity Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs because of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Infinity Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Infinity Aesthetics’ liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Infinity Aesthetics negligence.
Your right to complain
Infinity Aesthetics endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately, and fairly. However, if you have an issue with any matter concerning your treatment at Infinity Aesthetics, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either in person, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Infinity Aesthetics will be pleased to help and support you through the process.
