Face Treatment
At Infinity Aesthetics in London, Dr Owen Thomas offers premier jawline filler treatments designed to enhance and define the jawline. This advanced, non-surgical procedure aims to create a contoured and balanced appearance by treating the areas in front of and behind the jowl. Our specialised approach recognises the distinct differences in male and female facial aesthetics, ensuring that women maintain a narrow, feminine jawline while men achieve a strong, defined look.
Jawline fillers are an excellent solution for those seeking to improve their facial structure without surgery. The procedure involves the precise injection of dermal fillers to sculpt the jawline, providing immediate, natural-looking results. This treatment helps soften jowls, fill chin lines, and create a more symmetrical facial appearance, making it a top choice for jawline filler in London.
Changes and loss of definition can cause significant ageing. Dermal fillers can reverse these changes and create a radiant and attractive look with revolumisation and rejuvenation.

Jawline filler is a non-surgical treatment involving dermal fillers strategically injected to sculpt and define the jawline, enhancing facial proportions without adding undue volume. This treatment is a popular choice for those looking for jawline filler in London.
We use only the highest quality dermal fillers from reputable manufacturers, chosen based on your skin type, degree of contouring needed, and desired results. Radiesse and Restylane Lyft are Dr Thomas’ go-to products for the degree of lift and longevity of the jawline dermal filler.
The longevity of jawline filler varies, typically lasting between 18 to 24 months. During your consultation, Dr Thomas will recommend the most suitable type of filler based on your individual needs.
At Infinity Aesthetics, Dr Owen Thomas’s approach to jawline fillers involves meticulous planning and precise injection techniques tailored to each patient’s unique facial structure. The goal is to enhance your natural features without creating an artificial appearance, making our clinic a preferred choice for jawline treatment in London.

Location
Our clinic is located in the heart of CentralLondon, at the bottom of Harley Street near Oxford Circus providing a convenient and comfortable setting for your treatments.
Because we make a bespoke treatment plan with every patient, and every person will need different amounts of filler, we charge per syringe but make sure that we are as economical as possible with optimal technique.
The amount can vary considerably depending on the state of the soft tissues and how much recession there has been in the bone of the mandible (the chin and jawline). This in the jawline alone is typically around 1-2 mL on each side – Dr Thomas will always discuss this during the aesthetic medical assessment.
For information regarding the cost of a syringe of filler please see our price list.
On average we would expect dermal filler to typically last around 12-18 months although this can be more in some individuals. In the chin we select fillers that tend to have a more robust and elastic character to provide volume and lift for the overlying soft tissues. This includes Juvederm Voluma, Radiesse and Restylane/Belotero dermal fillers.
Recovery time varies for each patient and for each type of filler injected. You can resume most activities right away, but it is generally recommended that you avoid intense physical activity for the first 24-48 hours to minimise swelling and bruising.
It is best to avoid touching the area or applying makeup for around 12 hours after treatment and avoid flying for 24-48 hours. It is recommended as a precaution to avoid alcohol for 12 hours to reduce any risk of bruising (although moderate intake is unlikely to lead to any serious issues).
The treatment is with a cannula and is not usually painful. Dr Thomas takes great care to minimise discomfort further with cooling, vibration, meticulous technique, and uses dermal fillers in his Swansea clinic that are pre-mixed with local anaesthetic (therefore minimising the discomfort from subsequent injections).
As with any medical treatment, there can be side effects although these are usually mild given that hyaluronic acid is a natural substance. Mild swelling is common, occasionally with redness or bruising.
Serious complications from dermal fillers are rare. Although no area of the face is completely without risk, the jawline is one of the safest and hyaluronic acid fillers also have a substance that can break up the dermal filler and, in most cases, reverse the effects of blood vessel blockages.

Face Conditions
Marionette lines are the vertical lines that extend from the corners of the mouth down towards the chin, and they are a common concern as we age. These lines can create a downturned appearance, often making you look older or more tired than you actually feel. The primary underlying cause of marionette lines is the loss of volume in the prejowl area, which is the region on either side of the chin. As we age, the natural fat pads that once supported this area diminish, leading to sagging skin and the formation of these deep lines.
At Infinity Aesthetics in London, we understand the importance of addressing the root cause of marionette lines—volume loss. That’s why we offer advanced non-surgical treatments, including the use of premium dermal fillers, to effectively replace the lost volume in the prejowl area. By doing so, we not only soften the appearance of marionette lines but also restore a more youthful and balanced facial contour.
