Face Treatment
The full face rejuvenation package (liquid facelift) can be transformative for our patients who may have more significant volume loss around the face with associated sinking and sagging of soft tissues.
Dr Owen uses his knowledge of anatomy and beauty to coordinate beautiful treatment with dermal fillers and other aesthetic treatments in our Central London clinic.
This provides a notable correction of the facial volume loss to enhance the contours of the face using both dermal fillers and muscle-relaxing injections.
Dr Owen looks at how best to correct the volume loss, with an initial treatment session followed by a refinement session around 1-2 months later. He incorporates a bespoke version of the 8-point facelift, which involves using dermal fillers to perform a non-surgical facelift in multiple key areas.

At your initial visit Dr Owen takes time to evaluate the facial features and interaction with different lighting (to emphasise shadows which need to be eliminated) before producing a specific treatment plan that will be right for your treatment in London. A full face rejuvenation, also known as a liquid facelift (a bespoke 8-point facelift) is usually performed over a number of sessions; it is essential not to over-fill and produce an unnatural and unpleasant aesthetic appearance.
Dr Owen also uses ultrasound scan across the face to gain information about the position of blood vessels to reduce the risk of vascular occlusion.
Treatment in our Marylebone clinic in London includes the upper, mid and lower face. This includes treating the forehead and temples, cheeks, area around the eye and mouth, chin, and jowls with dermal fillers. This reverses the volume loss, leading to a smoother appearance with less shadows and a youthful appearance. Patients look less sad, tired and angry, and feel refreshed and more confident.
Muscle-relaxing injections target wrinkles predominantly around the upper face and eyes but can be used in other areas to help elevate the nasal tip and tighten the skin around the jaw. Morpheus 8 uses microneedling and radiofrequency to tighten and resurface the skin, while remodelling fat and producing more collagen and elastin in the skin, improving tired or dull skin, as well as acne scars and cellulite.
Owen has an expert understanding of the facial differences between men and ladies such as the angle and shape of the eyebrow, how to measure the appropriate apex of the cheek, differences in length length and width and the jaw and facial shape overall. This is essential not to feminise a man or masculinise a lady unless that will be the required aim.
As discussed in our blog, Owen will typically measure the face with equipment and his experienced eye to ensure that the dimensions are appropriately proportioned, using the golden ratio.
After treatment in our London aesthetic clinic Dr Owen also routinely offers a refinement session 1-2 months after finalising the aesthetic treatment to ensure the result is perfect.

The full-facial treatment course will require targeted dermal filler injections with anti-wrinkle injections depending on the overall level of volume loss, to naturally restore and rejuvenate.
In general, a person needing multiple areas targeted with treatments such as dermal filler will need at least 3 mL filler, and sometimes at least double that.
We offer treatment packages to make the treatment as cost effective as possible; for information regarding the cost please see our price list.
Dermal fillers last for variable times in different areas of the face but the full facial treatment is a complete transformation so following this, top-up maintenance sessions are probably required around every year or two.
Muscle relaxing injections (botulinum toxin) would be required every 3-4 months or so.
Morpheus 8 treatment usually lasts for several years after an initial course of sufficient duration. This will be anywhere between 1 to 4 sessions (on average 3 sessions is recommended for the full effect in most people).
Recovery time will always vary between different patients. However there is a significant amount of treatment in the full facial package – you might expect some increased discomfort over the next couple of days so avoiding planning anything important during this time might be sensible. Otherwise, you can resume most everyday activities right away, but it is generally recommended that you avoid intense physical activity for the first 24-48 hours to minimise swelling and bruising.
It is best to avoid touching the area or applying makeup for around 12 hours (definitely 4 given research evidence on epidermal closure following needle puncture) after treatment and avoid flying for 24-48 hours. Although many clinics advise against drinking alcohol for 24 hours, there is scant evidence that complete abstinence is necessary – we do however suggest very moderate amounts for 12 hours after treatment, generally to minimise the small theoretical increase in bruising risk.
As with any medical treatment, there can be side effects, although these are usually mild given that hyaluronic acid is a natural substance.
Swelling and redness is most common, the worst of which tends to subside over 24-48 hours.
Serious complications from fillers such as blood vessel blockage is rare and minimised with excellent technique; hyaluronic acid fillers are also reversible with an enzyme that can be injected.
Side effects from muscle-relaxing injections are generally very mild, including a transient headache with mild bruising occasionally. Care is taken to avoid over-injecting the botulinum toxin to minimise the likelihood of complications such as brow-droop or rarely drooping of the eyelid.

Face Conditions
Marionette lines are the vertical lines that extend from the corners of the mouth down towards the chin, and they are a common concern as we age. These lines can create a downturned appearance, often making you look older or more tired than you actually feel. The primary underlying cause of marionette lines is the loss of volume in the prejowl area, which is the region on either side of the chin. As we age, the natural fat pads that once supported this area diminish, leading to sagging skin and the formation of these deep lines.
At Infinity Aesthetics in London, we understand the importance of addressing the root cause of marionette lines—volume loss. That’s why we offer advanced non-surgical treatments, including the use of premium dermal fillers, to effectively replace the lost volume in the prejowl area. By doing so, we not only soften the appearance of marionette lines but also restore a more youthful and balanced facial contour.
